Stop Welfare and Immigration Replace it with a War on Poverty Genes

Our cities are being destroyed by dysgenic welfare and immigration. Why does Detroit look like it was hit by a nuclear bomb and Hiroshima look like it was on the side that won the war? Everyone knows the answer but is afraid to say.

Because genes have a more devastating effect on civilization than nuclear bombs, and the reason for Detroit's decline is that there are less 'favored races' in Detroit with an average IQ of 85 and more 'favored races' in Japan with an average IQ of 104. (It is noted there are less 'favored races'* in Africa south of the Sahara with an average IQ of 70-75, which accounts for the extreme poverty there.) Richard Lynn's book, 'IQ and the Wealth of Nations' has clearly shown that the prosperity of a nation is determined in large measure by the average IQ of the population. The poverty genes of less 'favored races'*, which are spread by welfare and immigration, are destroying our cities no less than if they were hit by a nuclear bomb. Massive uncontrolled and illegal immigration portends not just the destruction of a few cities but of our whole civilization itself. If we had integrated with less 'favored races'* centuries ago, there would have never been an electric light. There would never have been an airplane. Unless we stop dysgenic welfare and immigration policies, the US will look like one big Detroit.

The subtitle of Darwin's 'Origin of Species' is 'On the origin of species by means of natural selection or the preservation of favored races in the struggle for life.' The human race has evolved to its present state of intelligence and power because of the 'preservation of favored races in the struggle for life.' Race is the central mechanism of evolution that has created all living things. 'The preservation of favored races' is a simple process to understand, but its effects over time are awesome. If we examine the process, we find that at some stage in evolution we can observe a group of individuals of a single species which exist in an area segregated from other members of that same species. As a result of chance mutation, there occur genetic variations in some members of that segregated group. At first, the accumulated genetic variations do not make the segregated group different enough from the original species to justify calling the segregated group a new species. However, after many generations, the segregated group or tribe which had accumulated sufficient genetic differences would be called a new race of the original species. Over time, these newly developed segregated races continue to accumulated genetic differences through chance mutation, variation, etc. The favored variations increase the survivability of the race which carries them. Once this new favored races has become different enough from the original species, it is called a new species. Hence the subtitle, 'On the origin of species by means of natural selection or the preservation of favored races in the struggle for life.' There is no probability that the races would be equal. In fact the whole notion runs directly counter to all evolutionary theory and to the whole science of biology.

Eugenics is a moral commitment not a racial affiliation and any race that accepted its moral responsibility to protect the right of it's children to be born physically healthy and mentally capable could evolve into and become the next more highly evolved species above homo-sapiens. We are responsible for what our children will be. Our present tax and welfare system is redistributing life support systems away from the capable to the incapable and thus reducing the genetic quality of future generations. We are actually encouraging the least capable members of the human race to reproduce by giving them welfare grants and rewards for bearing more children.

This dysgenic process has devastated our inner cities. I will save our cities by stopping welfare and immigration and replacing it with a war on poverty genes, ad nonviolent eugenic program based on individual merit, not group averages. An affirmative action eugenic program similar to this has been used successfully in Singapore to increase the birth rate among college educated couples by 10%. It is our hope that all races and nations will accept that moral responsibility.
